Specialist staff & Caregivers

We frequently work with complex cases, including dementia patients. Standards Care aims to recruit individuals who have experience working with the elderly.

All of our staff receive full mandatory training. Most staff have completed their appropriate social care qualification, whilst others are working towards it. Their training needs are reviewed regularly during quarterly supervision sessions, and annual appraisals.
