Since the last CQC inspection, Standardscare Limited has made significant efforts to improve the quality of care and compliance across all areas of service. We have implemented robust internal audits, enhanced staff training, improved care planning processes,AI system integration into care planning ,body map,med audits and strengthened our governance framework. All subsequent audits conducted by external bodies and partners have been successfully passed, reflecting the tangible improvements made. Despite repeated formal requests and communications to invite the CQC back for a follow-up inspection to demonstrate our progress, these efforts have not yet been acknowledged or actioned by the CQC because the CQC is currently in transition as the last tangible inspection done on most companies was in the last 3 years.
